Our milling department runs 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis vertical machining centers from Haas, Hurco, and Mazak. We handle everything from simple 2D profiles to complex contoured surfaces with tight tolerances.
Our turning department features multi-axis CNC lathes with live tooling and sub-spindle capabilities, allowing us to complete complex turned parts in a single setup.
From flat pattern to finished weldment, we handle sheet metal projects from prototype through production. Our fab shop includes laser cutting, press brake forming, and certified welding.
Need parts fast? Our prototype cell is dedicated to quick-turn jobs. Send us your model or drawing and we'll have parts in your hands in 5-7 business days for most geometries.
We offer surface grinding and coordinate with trusted local partners for OD/ID grinding, honing, lapping, and specialty finishing operations.
